Item 8.01. Other Events.
 
On the afternoon of November 8, 2024, the Michigan procurement office notified Molina Healthcare, Inc. that it was cancelling the previously issued notice of intent to award contracts to provide benefits to the state’s Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Medicare population. The cancellation is effective for all bidders in the relevant Request for Proposal (the “RFP”). The state simultaneously re-issued the RFP for bidders to respond by November 21, 2024. The new contracts are expected to commence on January 1, 2026 in select regions of the state.
