Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On March 9, 2020, Pam Sedmak, our executive vice president of plan operations, retired from Molina Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) in order to attend to health-related family matters.  Ms. Sedmak joined the Company in February 2018.  Since then, she was an important member of the team that executed the Company’s margin recovery and sustainability plan responsible for the Company’s rapid turnaround.
On March 23, 2020, Marc Russo will join the Company as executive vice president of Medicaid health plans.
